Steps for an effective Healthy Body Challenge Home Party Invite a least 100 people by using phone, text, flyers, E-vites, social media, etc. and have them to RSVP Let them know that refreshments will be served as well as FREE gifts/drawings for prizes Ask them how many seats they would like to reserve for THEIR guest Have a Sign-in sheet, name tags, Health survey, and the Healthy Body Challenge flyer when they enter your home Play upbeat positive music The host will welcome the guest and have everyone introduce themselves. Ask them to turn off their cell phones and let them know where the restrooms are located Have a display table with products, health articles/magazines, CDs, books, Clemson Study, etc. Tell your story, then play obesity video.
